You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta either via Google checkout or through calling the store. All transactions are processed using a secure server. All prices displayed on our website are in British pounds and include VAT (our VAT No. 821545054).

We aim to deliver within the UK in around 14 days. Worldwide delivery times vary (see delivery options under the information section) We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected, and we will investigate.

If for any reason you change your mind about the item purchased, you have 7 days to notify us. Please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by recorded delivery within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will only be refunded if your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty. These costs will NOT be refunded if your order is simply unwanted or unsuitable.

We guarantee that you will receive your refund within 30 days.
